The Name
The Scripture tells: “There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”
The name Jesus (Yeshua in Hebrew) means “the Lord is salvation”, where the Hebrew word “salvation” means: deliverance, health, help, salvation, aid, victory, prosperity.
In fact, everything you need is brought to you in this glorious name!
The Person
The core of religions are principles and rules.
In contrast, the core of Chistianity is Jesus Christ Himself — the Person.
He is alive
Jesus Christ was not the kind of leader who only left behind some sayings and teachings, and then left us on our own.
No, He is alive, and continues to teach and guide in person.
He told: “I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you, ... you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also.”
Full authority
Jesus told: “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”
Naturally, it only makes sense to follow someone who truly has the full authority and power — and that is Jesus.
Proven love
Jesus is the one who really cares.
The Scripture tells: “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Transformation
No one can enter the Kingdom of God as is — and it isn’t a question of good works or sins/failures.
Like, you cannot get closer to the Sun, you will simply be destroyed, no matter a good or bad person you are. What matters is a new nature.
First something has to happen to you that is called "to be born again", for unless one is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.
In other words, a person needs to be transformed to conform to the Kingdom in order to enter it.
And the only power able to transform you — is the God's power that had resurrected Jesus.
This transformation makes you eligible to jon the God family. And this is what no one religion is able to provide.
True purpose
Jesus said:
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life.”
The way. Jesus is the only way to God the Father.
The truth. The truth about who you are, about your place and your destiny.
The life. Jesus Christ not only gives you an abundant life, and the everlasting life, He is The Life.
Endless resources
Your life on its own is like a small AAA battery — it can only power a tiny light, and for a short time.
When you are connected to Jesus, He gives you the strength and resources you need to live a thriving life — power, love, and a sound mind.
Safety and assurance
Jesus said of His followers: “I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.”
